Mr. Wong is TransAsia's Co-Founder & Manging Partner responsible for the firm's Business Strategy and Risk Management. In his previous role, Eddie’s asset management expertise was demonstrated when he scaled Winnington Capital from a manager with US$15 million to a US$1.8 billion AUM alternative asset platform. Prior to Winnington, Eddie was the Chairman of HypoVereinsbank in Asia overseeing its Trade & Commodity Finance, Capital Markets and Specialty Finance businesses. HypoVereinsbank was a leading participant in the Commodity and Trade Finance markets in Asia and he oversaw its pioneering activities in Asian debt and cash flow securitization.
Mr. Chandra is TransAsia's Co-Founder and Managing Partner responsible for Portfolio Management and Credit Underwriting. Under his lead, TransAsia has institutionalized its platform and processes to establish systems that cover underwriting, structuring, documentation, collateral management, cargo tracking and cash management of structured loans. In his previous role, Jiffriy was a former Partner and Head of Private Credits at Income Partners Asset Management (HK) Limited where he helped scale Income Partners to become one of the largest Asian debt asset managers with US$1.5 billion in AUM and over 20 years of track record in the Asian debt market.
Mr. Sullivan is TransAsia's Managing Partner responsible for Origination and Borrower Relationship Managment. Under his lead, TransAsia has developed its track record of over 4,000+ middle market loans. David is a known commodity and structured trade finance pioneer; back in 1980, he grew Mees Pierson to the 1st market position. Following which, David founded Noble Trade Finance Ltd at Noble Group which he then spun out as Trade Finance Corporation Ltd. (“TFC”) in 2003. Over the years, TFC (now a TransAsia group company) has become Asia’s leading trade finance brand.
